Maintenance Supervisor - Permanent in London, Ontario For Sale

On behalf of our client we are looking to identify a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee up to 60 shift personnel. You will ensure that the maintenance department is of the highest standard. This will require strong leadership and demonstrable experience in a related role. Responsibilities Include: * Manage materials required for repair, modification and installation * Support and participate with the Maintenance Manager in decision making and maintenance initiatives * Manage skilled trades, Millwrights, Electricians and T&D Makers * Support equipment upgrades and project initiatives * Manage the PM matrix * Manpower planning, scheduling and training * Work closely with production and other departments to coordinate work * Drive continuous improvement activities * Provide management support to staff * Provide direction on H&S, employee relations and team focus * Provide documentation where needed * Adhere to corporate guidelines Key Qualifications: * Relevant technical qualification, ideally 2 year course * Minimum of 3 years related experience in a supervisory role, ideally in automotive manufacturing * Demonstrable maintenance expertise with experience of automated assembly and/or stamping * Solid time management, leadership and presentation skills * Commitment to Team ethic Please forward your Resume in complete confidence to Shawn Draisey via Email: (click to respond) or call at 519-963-8262 abc987
